INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup water

  • 1/4th teaspoon black pepper powder

  • 1 teaspoon green tea (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Mishri or jaggery powder (as per taste)

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • Pour a cup of water into a pan, add black pepper powder (1/4 tsp) and give it a boil.

  • After boiling for 2-3 minutes over a low flame, switch off the gas and add 1tsp plain green tea (optional). Cover the pan and let it steep for 3 minutes.

  • Strain the tea & add 1/2 tsp lemon juice to it.

  • You can add mishri or jaggery powder to it for the sweetness.
