How to practice deep breathing?
You can practice deep breathing any time of the day. But, always make sure to practice it for 5-10 minutes before going to bed.
Turn off the lights, sit down on your bed in a calm environment, close your eyes, expand your chest, and put your left hand on the chest and your right hand on the abdomen. Gently breath in and out through your nose and observe your breath. Do not move your chest & abdomen, and with each breath, allow the tension to go away from your body. Enjoy the sensation and release after 5-10 minutes.
Deep breathing helps you relax and improve overall wellness, ultimately responsible for an excellent immune system.
