Steps of tongue scraping:
Firstly, take a suitable tongue scraper. Then, open the mouth widely and bring the tongue out. Now keep the bent part of the scraper in the back of your tongue. Lastly, gently scrape your tongue from the back to the front of the tongue.
Clean the scraper with running tap water and repeat the scraping until the coating is gone from the tongue.
