You can support and improve your digestive system by consuming spices like ginger, cumin seeds, coriander, carom seeds, and fennel. You can either use them in your cooking or boil them in water for better and quick results.
How to use it?
- Ginger, cumin seeds, carom seeds, coriander seeds, fennel – ½ teaspoon each
- 200 ml cup water
Firstly, combine all the ingredients in a saucepan. Then boil until it reduces to 100 ml. Consume it twice a day one hour after your meals.
- Avoid drinking it in hot weather.
