Ingredients:

  • Coriander – 2 gm

  • Bring it to a boil.
  • Sim the burner for 10-15 minutes.

2. Eat khichdi for three days:

Take a break from regular eating patterns and go on a Khichdi diet for a minimum of three days. Khichdi is a light meal that digests quickly.
When you suffer from indigestion, you should avoid eating anything heavy to digest; otherwise, it may cause you further trouble.

The other two important factors are to eat when you are hungry and eat half of your hunger.

To avoid further indigestion, you should eat khichdi only when you feel proper hunger.

Eating half of your appetite means to stop eating when you feel satisfied with your meal. You should never do overeating, even if your meals are light to digest.

3. Camphor Oil:

When you are suffering from a severe headache, apply little camphor oil on the affected area.

If you do not want to use it on your skin, you can try sniffing it through a hankey. Put two drops of oil in a cotton hankey, roll it, and sniff it for two minutes. Repeat this whenever you feel the need for it. It will give you a relaxing feeling and relieve your headache gradually.
