Boil one spoon of fennel seeds in a glass of water for 2-3 minutes over a medium flame. Strain and drink it.

2. Rice Water 

Rice water helps relieve nausea or vomiting when it happens due to hyperacidity.

How to make it?

First, add 3 tablespoons of rice into two cups of water. Now, give it a boil for 20 minutes over medium flame. 

Lastly, retain its water and drink this rice water 2-3 times a day. Avoid eating any other meal and take rice water instead.
