Green tea effects on health
Green tea is rich in Vitamin B, folate, magnesium, polyphenols, & other antioxidants, making it beneficial for health. Due to these antioxidants, it can help you improve your digestion, is suitable for heart health, maintains blood sugar levels, and prevents various diseases. But, again, it will be helpful only along with a healthy lifestyle.
- Drink it in moderation only. Sometimes high doses can be problematic and cause nausea or vomiting.
- Green tea is bitter & astringent and has drying effects. Due to this, it is not suitable for a Vata person. So, avoid it if you are a Vata person.
Drinking 3-4 cups every day but eating unhealthy food, overeating, having dinner at late hours, munching for a full day, and living a sedentary lifestyle cannot help you lose weight at all.
