Bloating here means feeling heaviness or fullness and discomfort in your stomach.

1. CCF Tea:
CCF tea is a combination of three ingredients that are easily available in the Indian kitchen. It is a combination of cumin, coriander, and fennel. These three spices are best for any digestion related issues. It will relieve your indigestion and, as a result, will give you relief from bloating.
How to prepare it?
Firstly, take one cup of water in a pan. Now, add ½ teaspoon of each ingredient. Then boil it for five minutes on low flame—cover for a minute and strain in a cup.
You can take it twice a day.
2. Drink only warm water:
Warm water improves digestion. It also removes toxins from the body. Consequently, it reduces bloating, constipation, and stomach pain due to indigestion.
3. Roasted ajwain (carom seeds):
Ajwain is extensively a part of a food additive in Indian kitchens. It has various therapeutic effects, especially on the digestive system. Thus, it is beneficial to use when your stomach is crampy and bloated due to indigestion.
How to use it?
Firstly, roast one teaspoon of ajwain in a pan on a medium flame for 30 to 45 seconds. Now, add a pinch of black salt to it. Finally, chew it inside your mouth and take warm water to swallow it.
