One of the essential ways of losing extra fat is following an exercise routine every day. Any form of exercise will help reduce belly fat, but in my experience, Suryanamaskar is one of the best ways to burn extra fat.
The best time to perform it is in the morning on an empty stomach. Start with at least five rounds of Suryanamaskar and increase it each day as your body allows. Performing 12 rounds and following a healthy meal plan is sufficient to reduce belly weight within two weeks.
2. Ginger lemon honey drink
Reduce belly fat with a homemade ginger-lemon-honey drink or any other green tea.
Ginger is beneficial to boost metabolism; especially, it is suitable for Vata and Kapha person. Pitta person should avoid ginger as it is hot in potency and may lead to acidity. Lemon is another excellent digestive and detoxifier. Honey has certain enzymes that help to generate the process of digestion effectively. So, it is ultimately a great blend of three unique ingredients to improve metabolism and reduce belly fat.
This drink is not specific for fat loss. But, the ginger lemon honey drink helps to improve the metabolism. And as a result, extra fat starts shedding off naturally.
How to prepare it?
Boil one tablespoon of shredded ginger in 2 cups of water for 5 minutes over a low flame. Strain it in a cup. Leave it until it comes down to room temperature. Now, add half a teaspoon of lemon juice and one tablespoon of raw organic honey to it.
Avoid adding honey to hot drinks as it is not advisable, according to Ayurveda.
3. Warm water
Starting your day with two glasses of warm water will help you to improve your metabolism. Usually, people start their morning with tea or coffee, which impairs their metabolism. Poor metabolism can be a big hurdle to lose that stubborn fat. It is a prime concern to improve your metabolism before following any specific ritual to lose fat.
Start your day with warm water, and then continue drinking it in the daytime when you feel thirsty. If it is hot weather, you drink regular room temperature water. But, during cold weather, drink only warm water to lose extra fat around your belly.
Also, drinking a glass of water precisely 30 minutes before meals helps to reduce extra belly fat.
4. Dinner before sunset
